Initially our focus was entirely Sauvignon Blanc, produced from the 20 acres we planted in 1998. We have since expanded our portfolio to include our harvested fruit from the 6 acres of Pinot Gris and 2 acres of Riesling we planted in 2006. Later, we anticipate we may add a Pinot Noir to our range.

We believe our key customers are those people who prefer their wine to be full-bodied and fruity, yet with a slightly drier style and a moderate alcohol level. We intend to develop these characteristics in all our wines.
